General Notes
- She turns most of this on and off manually.
- Apparently the VCR doesn't indicate anything differently on the display when it's playing a tape. Meaning you put the take in and hit stop (it stops), you hit play (it plays) but nothing changes on the display. No lights, LCD is the same, ...etc. I need to check this out in person.
Power Outage
O.K. The power went out and everything was reset. She turns everything on manually usually. The issue is the the TV now just has "Snow" on it. She can also hear the sound.
To fix this, basically just hit the "TV/AV" button on the TV remote control.
UPDATE: O.K. Power went out again. This time just hitting the TV/AV button didn't work the first time. I had her try to change the channel which didn't work. I have her hit the "TV" button on the top of this remote and try to change the channel again (still didn't change). She then hit the TV/AV button again and it worked. So maybe you might have to hit the "TV" button first (in case the remote was in VRC mode)? Or maybe the TV/AV button just didn't work the first time or she was too close to the TV or something...
